The company combines advisory services with software for renewable energy assets. Its SaaS platform SynaptiQ, launched in 2010, covers project development, asset operations, solar analytics, wind analytics and battery storage asset performance management. The headquarters is at Kalkkaai 6 in Brussels, with offices in Paris, Toulouse, Barcelona, Madrid, Cape Town (opened 2011), Chennai (2018) and Raleigh, North Carolina (September 2024). The company employs 150+ people of more than 30 nationalities. Stef Goossens is CEO and Werner Coppye is co-founder and CTO. In February 2024 BayWa r.e. agreed to bring more than 1,000 PV and BESS assets onto SynaptiQ. In October 2025 French IPP CVE, with nearly 880 MWp across 650+ plants, selected the platform. Everday runs a 1.6 GWp solar and storage portfolio in Belgium and the Netherlands on it. SynaptiQ manages 25 GW of connected assets across 160 countries, and 3E has advised 9,000 projects in 119 countries. 3E obtained ISO 27001 certification in November 2025 and ISO 17025:2017 accreditation from BELAC for wind measurement and energy yield assessment in January 2026. The company created five spin-offs: Xant (2011), Flidar (2013), Wattson (2013), Duss (2019) and DeltaQ (2019).
