Your company may offer exactly what buyers need. But when buyers ask AI to help them find a provider, does AI understand what you offer? And does it recommend you over your competitors?
We explored these questions in our latest AI Visibility Market Landscape Report, focusing on enterprise connectivity providers in Western Europe.
🔎 We examined how ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini present providers when buyers ask about site qualification and delivery feasibility, from checking connectivity availability at a new office to assessing high-capacity connections between sites.
A few findings stood out:
🔹 Equinix leads in AI Share of Voice (18%) and has the highest recommendation rate (64%).
🔹 Colt Technology Services appears most frequently, featuring in 67% of AI answers.
🔹 Orange Business, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Digital Realty complete the top five by AI Share of Voice, but their recommendation rates tell different stories.
🔹 Only 19% of citations come from the top five vendors' own websites.
The analysis also features Megaport, Vodafone Business, BT Group, Lumen Technologies, and Deutsche Telekom, providing a broader picture of how AI represents the competitive landscape.
The results highlight an important distinction: being named by AI doesn't necessarily mean being recommended.
