Agfa Inkjet Solutions is the digital printing division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, based at Septestraat 27 in Mortsel. The division develops and markets inkjet printers, inks, software and services for sign and display, packaging, industrial and textile printing. 877 employees are listed under the division. The parent group traces its origins to 1867, when Agfa was established as Aktiengesellschaft für Anilinfabrikation, and to 1894, when Gevaert was founded in Antwerp. The two merged in 1964. Agfa-Gevaert had 4,586 employees and revenue of €1.1 billion in 2024. Pascal Juéry is CEO. Inca Digital Printers Limited was incorporated on 20 March 2000 and is registered at 515 Coldhams Lane in Cambridge under the SIC code for manufacture of other special-purpose machinery. Screen Holdings of Kyoto held the right to appoint or remove its directors from April 2016 until 31 May 2022, when Agfa-Gevaert NV took control of 75% or more of the shares and voting rights.
