- I pay for the top consumer tier on more than one AI platform. The highest plan on offer, the one that exists specifically for people like me. This week one of them cut me off mid-build. Not for anything abusive. Just a heavy week. The only door left open was metered tokens at API rates. In about two days of that I spent what the entire month of the plan costs. So I did what any of us would do. I opened a competitor I already pay for and started rebuilding my setup there. Here is what that looks like from the vendor's side of the
- I watched a documentary on a plane and it handed me a word I had been fumbling toward for two years: apocaloptimist. It means you take the catastrophic risk of AI completely seriously and refuse to be paralyzed by it. You hold both, and you get to work on the good outcome anyway. The two easy postures, denial and doom, are cop-outs. Both let you off the hook from doing anything. Apocaloptimism is the only one that comes with a to-do list. That is the posture I want in every leader I work with.
- One of the biggest mistakes community leaders make with technology? Building in silos. When every organization chooses its own platform, valuable time, funding, and knowledge get fragmented. The better model is collaboration: shared infrastructure, shared learning, and systems that allow communities to work together. The MLS transformed real estate by creating a shared network. Community technology can do the same. #CommunityLeadership #DigitalTransformation #TechnologyStrategy #Collaboration #AILeadership #AIwithBry
- AI tools are moving from assistants to actual team members. Tools like OpenClaw, Whisper Flow, and AI agents can automate tasks, capture knowledge, and give teams back valuable time. The real advantage isn't having more tools. It's knowing which work you should stop doing yourself. #AIProductivity #AIAgents #AILeadership #FutureOfWork #GenerativeAI #AIwithBry
- Everyone argues about which model to use. Almost nobody talks about how the documents get in. That is backwards. Garbage in, confident nonsense out. A weak model on clean, well-labeled information beats a frontier model drowning in duplicates and stale drafts every time. Here is the one that gets companies. The same policy exists in nine slightly different versions across your tools. Feed all nine to the AI and it averages them into an answer that was never true, then quotes it to a customer with total confidence. Nobody wrote
- AI in healthcare has a test it must pass: health equity. Technology isn't truly transformative if people can't afford it, understand it, trust it, or access it in their language. AI is built by humans, which means bias can enter the technology. Better healthcare AI requires diverse voices at the table and a clear focus on the communities it will impact. #AIinHealthcare #HealthEquity #HealthcareAI #DigitalHealth #ResponsibleAI #AIwithBry
- What happens when everyone has an AI helping them compete? The advantage may shift from access to information to something much harder to automate: getting people to care. If AI makes ideas easier to build and launch, the new business challenge may become marketing uncertainty: Will people actually want it? AI can accelerate creation. The market still decides value. #AIAndBusiness #AILeadership #FutureOfWork #Entrepreneurship #MarketingStrategy #AIwithBry
- The best product decisions often start with one simple habit: Talk to your customers. Leaders shouldn't build based on assumptions. Staying close to customers reveals the real pain points, creates better products, and keeps teams aligned with what actually matters. AI can accelerate execution. But customer understanding still drives direction. #ProductLeadership #CustomerExperience #AILeadership #ProductStrategy #CustomerCentric #AIwithBry
