- Printing and embossing aren't interchangeable, even though some briefs that land on our desk treat them as one and the same. 👉 Printing is what a customer sees: colour, pattern, logo, the full visual identity on the capsule. 👉 Embossing is what a customer feels before they even register what they're looking at: a tactile detail pressed into the capsule itself, either in the standard area or right on the very top.
