Tot voor kort kon dat maar naar één Billit-account, ook al beheerde je meerdere bedrijven. Voortaan stel je een koppeling in per bedrijf. - Sinds 1 januari 2026 moeten Belgische bedrijven hun facturen aan andere Belgische bedrijven elektronisch versturen via Peppol. Een pdf per mail is daarvoor niet genoeg. Wat dat praktisch betekent: 1. Je facturatiepakket moet op het Peppol-netwerk zitten. 2. Je klant ontvangt de factuur rechtstreeks in zijn boekhouding. 3. Je moet niets meer overtikken, dus minder fouten. Ik werk hiervoor met Billit. Je facturen vertrekken rechtstreeks gekoppeld aan je boekhouding. - Intéressant de constater l'absence sur le marché d'une solution crédible de facturation pour les sociétés de conseil. Les consultants fonctionnent sur base de timesheets la plupart du temps, ou en tous cas d'un nombre de jours prestés par mois chez les clients. La plupart des solutions de facturation n'offrent pas d'outil de timesheets, et les outils qui en offrent sont soit (i) très peu intuitifs (= perte de temps valorisable pour l'équipe) ou (ii) rapidement très chers (>15€ par utilisateur par mois donc rapidement >300-400€

- Facturen manueel overtypen kost je meer dan je denkt. Veel KMO's typen bedragen nog over van Billit naar hun boekhouding. Dat is tijd, en foutgevoelig. Een koppeling tussen Billit en Exact Online of Yuki synchroniseert facturen automatisch. Geen dubbel werk, geen tikfouten in BTW-bedragen. Bij een klant bespaarde dit twee uur per week aan boekhouding. Dat is honderd uur per jaar, voor een koppeling die je maar één keer instelt.
