Overview
Bio2Byte investigates how protein dynamics, conformational states, and experimental data relate to amino acid sequences. The group uses data integration, analysis, and machine learning to unravel physical and chemical principles and connect them to biological events. They provide online sequence-based biophysical predictions and have migrated their infrastructure to the Tier-1 Cloud provided by the Flemish Supercomputer Center (VSC).
