Data Intuitive specializes in biotechnological data workflows, offering a platform that lets scientists run validated omics pipelines without scripting or waiting in analysis queues. The platform has been in production for 5+ years, features 300+ version-pinned modules, and is ISO 27001 certified. It supports multiple omics types including transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and single-cell analysis.

- Cydric Geyskens's PhD defence is coming up, and we got a sneak preview already! During our team day at Belgica in Dendermonde, our colleague Cydric Geyskens walked us through his PhD research: "A systematic cross-modal approach identifies astrocytic VCAM1 as a regulator of hippocampal synapse development." 🔬 He used spatial transcriptomics, proteomics and high-throughput image processing to find astrocytic proteins at neuronal connections. It's a great example of how combining different kinds of data can reveal new biology.
