- A parklet is a pretty good place to ask people what they think about… a parklet. Landeshauptstadt München is using Citizen Dialog Kit to evaluate different interventions within the ASCEND Project in Harthof. The first stop already collected 105 responses. Residents were broadly positive, but the survey also revealed how they use the parklet, what they value and what could make it better. Suggestions with a lot of appeal included things such as improved protection from sun and rain. That is clearly why this approach fits these

- For the past 4 weeks, Gemeente Lanaken has been collecting visitor feedback in different places in the municipality. They just crossed over 1.400 submissions with only 2 Dialog Boxes. Non-ticketed places usually offer little systematic insight into their visitors. This short, in-the-moment survey reveals where people come from, what kind of visit they are making, who they are with, why they came and how satisfied they are with the visit.
