The system registers visitor arrivals, directs them to waiting areas, manages GDPR-compliant data exchange, supports multiple identification methods, integrates with calendar systems, offers multilingual support, SMS functionality, and flexible kiosk workflows. In late 2024, Docleas received the award for a framework contract (2024/HFB/OP/120501) with the Flemish Government for the development and implementation of appointment, customer guidance, and digital reception solutions.
