Dynatos automates and optimises finance and procurement processes. Its offering covers Source-to-Pay, accounts payable and accounts receivable automation, e-invoicing, SAP process automation and intelligent document processing. The company was founded in 2010 as a specialist in accounts payable automation and is part of Cronos Group, a Belgian IT service and solution company with more than 4,500 staff. Gert Vries is Managing Partner. The headquarters are in Kontich, with further offices in Amersfoort, Frankfurt am Main, Ballerup, Oslo and Madrid. The Madrid office was opened to serve Spain and Portugal and is managed by Antonio Garcia Guerrero, a former Managing Director of ReadSoft. Dynatos employs 120 people across six offices and counts over 850 customers and more than 1,000 implemented solutions. It serves customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Slovakia, Sweden, Poland and Spain, and is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Dynatos develops its own cloud platform, Routty, with modules Routty AP, Routty AR, Routty Cloud and Routty IDP. Routty processes over 45 million invoices per year. Alongside Routty, Dynatos implements Coupa, ISPnext and Tungsten Automation software and holds a distribution agreement with Tungsten Automation. Under a partnership with ISPnext, Dynatos offers ISPnext's AP Automation platform in Benelux, DACH, Scandinavia and Iberia, while ISPnext integrates Routty into its own suite. Named clients include Toyota, Q8, BYD, LEGO and Rituals. Efteling achieved a 50% reduction in processing time for delivery notes and invoices, and Rituals Cosmetics reached 40% automation for PO invoicing.

- A document can be extracted correctly and still produce data that needs validation. The PO number is read correctly. The supplier name is recognised. The amount is captured accurately. But the information may still not match the PO, supplier record or transaction context. The extraction did not fail. The question is whether the extracted data can move forward with confidence. - Your spend data can be correct and still give procurement the wrong picture. The same supplier appears under different records. Similar purchases are assigned to different categories.
