e-invoice.be is a Belgian Peppol access point. - A valid e-invoice can still contain data your finance process cannot trust. The invoice follows the required structure. The mandatory fields are present. Technical validation passes. And the invoice still needs manual investigation. A PO reference can be valid and still point to the wrong transaction. Supplier data can be structured correctly and still conflict with internal records. So where does technical validity end and business validation begin? And how much checking is still needed before automation can safely take over?
