• Day 2 at the #ExpoReal in Munich! Joachim Vleminckx, Domien Hendrix, Arnor Van Leemputten and Helen Fimpel are on site and ready to chat! Come say hi and tell them what's in your portfolio — they'll tell you what we'd expect to find in it. Energy targets, CRREM pathways, tenant recharging, or just getting the data connected in the first place. Looking forward to meeting many of you!LinkedIn · 6 Oct 2026

• Enersee is in the latest Sustainability edition of Knack magazine! When Maarten Van de Vijver and I launced Enersee in 2022, our idea was simple: Sustainability should not cost companies money; it should make them money. In the interview, we talked about why I call a lot of corporate sustainability a "paper tiger", both literally and figuratively: Lots of noise and talking, but no action and little impact. And its literally made of paper: piles of reports instead of actions. Meanwhile, cutting energy waste may be the shortest routeLinkedIn · 2 Oct 2026

QuotedKompasMedia BE@kompasmedia-be🌱 Duurzaamheid is geen randverhaal meer. • Enersee is featured in Knack's Sustainability special!⚡🌱 Most companies treat sustainability as a cost center. Our co-founder & CEO Joachim Vleminckx argues it should be the opposite: not a compliance obligation, but a competitive lever. • Featured in PropTechBuzz's look at how facility intelligence has evolved ⚡💡LinkedIn · 17 Sept 2026
QuotedPropTechBuzz@proptechbuzzFacility intelligence is shifting from fragmented data to connected decisions. Five years can change an entire technology stack. Our latest PropTechBuzz Facility Analysis & Capital Planning infographic looks at how the market has evolved from 2021 to 2026. In 2021, the workflow was largely built around manual inspections, spreadsheets, zoning databases, periodic assessments, and disconnected analytics. In 2026, the stack is becoming more AI-driven, predictive, connected, and decision-ready. That evolution is visible across four layers: Capture → Understand From DroneDeploy, Eagle View, and Kespry to Zeitview, OpenSpace, Scanifly, AIM, Loveland Innovations, Hover, Scope Technologies Inc, and Hammer Missions. Look Up → Decide From Spacemaker AI, TestFit, and Deepblocks to Autodesk, BAIZEL AI, PermitFlow, Civil Intelligence, NOETIC, Zoneomics, ArchiWise AI, Gridics, and GeoProspex.ai. Detect → Predict From CopperTree Analytics, Clockworks Analytics, and SkyFoundry to Facilio, KODE Labs, Enersee, PassiveLogic, INMAPZ, and Buildings IOT. Report → Plan From Siemens, AkitaBox, VFA | Gordian solution, and FacilityForce to SITE Technologies, Siemens, Concerto, REIT AI, Tailorbird, Enertiv, INGENIOUS.BUILD, Intellis Labs, and Cambio. The important shift isn't simply that more AI is entering facility management. It is what facility data can now enable. Data is moving from something teams collect and report to something they can use to prioritize, predict, and allocate capital. The question is evolving from: “What is happening to this asset?” to: “What needs attention, what should happen next, and where should capital go?” That is the evolution we wanted to capture: Capture → Understand → Decide → Predict → Plan. We’re pleased to have SITE Technologies and BAIZEL AI participating in this edition, alongside the broader ecosystem shaping the next generation of facility intelligence.
