Eurocircuits manufactures and assembles printed circuit boards for prototypes and small series. The company was founded in 1991 by Dirk Stans, Luc Smets and Paresh Vasani. The head office, Eurocircuits N.V., is at Antwerpsesteenweg 66 in Mechelen. Production takes place in Germany (Baesweiler and Erkelenz), Hungary (Felsőtárkány) and India, where the business operates under the PCB Power brand. Sales and support subsidiaries exist in the United Kingdom, France and Switzerland, and front-end engineering units are located in Gandhinagar, India. In 2025 turnover reached €62.3M, up 14.99% on the previous year, with about 600 staff. The company processed 84,365 PCB orders and 20,569 PCB assembly orders that year, delivering 95% of PCB orders and 85% of assembly orders within seven working days. Assembly turnover grew 28.11%. Investments in 2025 included via filling technology in Aachen, a 6-layer option in the HDI pool and a 6-layer SEMI-FLEX pool. Mathias Goossens was appointed Sales Director. The company operates 12 SMT lines and maintains a database of 481,000 verified electronic components. On 28 January 2026 Eurocircuits announced a strategic partnership with Avedon Capital Partners, with closing expected in the second quarter of 2026. The founders remain involved. At entry the group had approximately €70.0 million in sales, over 750 people and more than 15,000 active customers across Europe and India. Level Next advised the shareholders.
