- A new type of event for Eventication this year: Sanicole Airshow. Over two event days, around 15,000 visitors per day came to Sanicole to watch Belgium’s biggest airshow. Behind the scenes, a large team of volunteers helped make those two days possible. With Eventication, Sanicole managed the full flow of volunteer planning and accreditation in one platform: from collecting availability and assigning shifts to managing accreditations and checking everyone in during the event. And yes, even the jet pilots got their Eventication
- The week after your last event, your crew list is probably worth more than it will be at any other point in the year. And we don’t mean the list you started the weekend with. We mean the one your event actually produced: who showed up, which shifts they worked, how many hours they did, where people ended up compared to where they were planned, and which equipment went out but never found its way back. - Last Friday our team visited the FIH Hockey World Cup in Wavre. 🏑 We run the accreditation and the full volunteer portal for the tournament, so this was the first chance to see the whole thing in operation onsite. The organisation walked us through it. Accreditation desks, volunteer check-in, zone access, the flow from arrival to the right spot behind the stands. Building a system is one thing. Standing next to it while hundreds of volunteers and crew actually use it is something else. That's where you learn what to
- Today the FIH Hockey World Cup starts. 🏑 32 teams. Two hosting countries. Sixteen days of hockey at the highest level. And behind all of that... hundreds of volunteers who make sure it actually runs. We're proud to be handling the full volunteer management and planning for this tournament, plus the entire accreditation flow. Shift planning, briefings, check-ins, badges, wristbands, access rights, zones... you name it, we did it. Everything is ready. The only thing left to do (as a Belgian Company) is supporter for the Red Lions
