- The best moment to plan next year's volunteer setup is a few weeks after the season, not in February. Right now your shift leads still remember which posts were short on Saturday afternoon, which questions volunteers kept asking at the info point, and who they'd gladly have back. - Advancing usually lives in a dozen inboxes and a spreadsheet. As of today, Eventication has a module for it: Artist Advancing. It brings the advancing for each performance into one record your whole team can open: a checklist with deadlines set relative to the show date, riders, accommodation, transport, dressing room needs, the day schedule and the artist briefing. The artist's team fills in their part through a personal link, without creating an account. Names they add for crew and guests go straight to your accreditation lists,

- We’re heading to ADE! 🇳🇱 This year, Eventication has been invited by Eventim Benelux to join their partner line-up at the EVENTIM Hangout during Amsterdam Dance Event. On October 21 & 22, you’ll find us at the Hangout in the Borzo Gallery, right in the heart of Amsterdam. We’ll be there to talk about what we know best: everything happening behind the scenes of events. Crew & volunteer planning, accreditation, access, artist advancing and all the operational chaos that somehow needs to come together before the gates open. 😉 Going
- And that’s a wrap on our festival season. With LoForLife and Hangar Solomun, we closed another busy summer for Eventication. Over the past months, our team and platform have been behind the scenes at festivals and sportevents across Belgium and beyond. From planning thousands of crew members to managing accreditations, check-ins and everything happening backstage. Now the festival fields can take a little break. We’re not. 😉 Indoor season is coming, and we’re ready for the next round.
- A new type of event for Eventication this year: Sanicole Airshow. Over two event days, around 15,000 visitors per day came to Sanicole to watch Belgium’s biggest airshow. Behind the scenes, a large team of volunteers helped make those two days possible. With Eventication, Sanicole managed the full flow of volunteer planning and accreditation in one platform: from collecting availability and assigning shifts to managing accreditations and checking everyone in during the event.
