Overview
Fishway is a food-tech company focused on developing and producing biomass of fish cells with nutritional value equivalent to traditional fish filet. The company isolates stem cells from fish tissue, cultivates them in bioreactors at room temperature, and harvests the biomass for use as a high-nutritional ingredient. Fishway positions cultivated fish as a solution to the projected global fish supply-demand gap of 67 million tons by 2050.
