Flanders Semiconductors is a non-profit driven by supporting members and their groundbreaking solutions. The Flemish semiconductor industry comprises 3000 direct employees across 50 companies with semiconductor as core business and 100 companies involved in testing and integrating semiconductor devices, covering the full supply chain from materials to components.

- Connecting the Dutch and Flemish semiconductor ecosystems! On October 12, Sofics joined a networking event at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Brussels, welcoming a delegation of Dutch semiconductor companies and organizations. An interesting evening of exchanging insights, strengthening connections and exploring opportunities for cross-border collaboration in the semiconductor industry. Many thanks to the Embassy of the Netherlands, ChipNL Competence Centre and Flanders Semiconductors for bringing both ecosystems
- Wat een fantastische editie van Expeditie NEXT in Mechelen! ⚡️ Wij mochten het hele weekend lang gedreven en leergierige jongeren verwelkomen, de absolute pioniers van morgen! Via onze interactieve workshops lieten we hen zelf ondervinden hoe boeiend de wereld van wetenschap en technologie is. Samen met de Vlaamse Strategische Onderzoekscentra (SOC’s) en onze partners maakten we de technologie van morgen tastbaar voor de jeugd, om zo gericht te bouwen aan het STEM-kapitaal van morgen. Wat hadden we in petto? 🔬
- FTI Vlaanderen in Mechelen draait op volle toeren, en we zitten midden in de actie! 😎 En het was een bijzonder moment vandaag want we mochten Ann Caluwaerts (voorzitter van het STEM-platform) verwelkomen voor een blik achter de schermen! 📸 Wat stond er op het programma? 💡 De Innovatieklas in actie Leerlingen gaan in een geïntegreerd traject actief aan de slag met dé uitdagingen van morgen, zowel in de klas als op de expo.
