- Somebody in Canada clearly ran out of lake names. Meet "Another Lake." And its neighbor, "And Another Lake." Both are official lake names in British Columbia, less than a kilometer apart. The name was adopted by locals in 1946. The province turned "Another Lake" down once, in 1969, then gave in and made both names official in 1991.
