- A European data centre guarantees nothing. Under the CLOUD Act and FISA Section 702, US authorities can compel US providers to hand over data stored in Europe. Without notifying you. That European flag on the cloud is a location, not a legal shield. And it's not just your databases. The real IP sits in e-mail, chat and documents: the everyday office tools nobody thinks of as sensitive. Full control means deciding where your data lives, on-premises or in a private cloud, with AI that runs there too → https://lnkd.in/ecSF_TZK
- October is stacked with sport in Belgium. And every event comes down to the same moment: the entrance. Visitool makes sure that moment is a smooth one. 👇 #BNPparibasfortiseuropeanopen
- October is stacked with sport in Belgium. The BNP Paribas Fortis European Open brings top ATP tennis to Brussels from 17 to 25 October, the Pro League fills stadiums every single weekend, and thousands of fans head to a venue near you. And every one of those events comes down to the same moment: the entrance. Because no matter how good the game is, a chaotic gate and a long queue are the first thing a fan remembers. Managing hundreds or thousands of arrivals with clipboards and last-minute check-ins is where the stress really starts.
- 25 years of GroupWave. 🥂 We celebrated the way we like to work: good food, good people and real conversations. Customers, partners, colleagues and friends. Some of you have been with us from day one. Thank you for being part of the story. Kris De Bisschop took a moment to put the team in the spotlight. Every colleague got a bottle of champagne and a personal thank you. One of them has been with us since the very early years. 🍾 He also thanked his wife, for giving him the freedom to do the job he loves so much. Even when that
- Is your data leaking through the AI back door? Your people are already using commercial AI tools. Every document, e-mail or attachment they upload leaves your infrastructure, and your IP goes with it. No hacker required. The alternative is private AI: bring the model to your data, not your data to the model. Domino IQ runs open-source LLMs locally, with built-in RAG over your own documents, PDFs and Office attachments. - October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, so the usual suspects are back: phishing, ransomware, the threat outside your walls. The leak we see most often isn't outside. It's a colleague pasting a contract into a public AI tool to summarise it. Next week on Trends: what happens to your data when it goes out through the AI back door, and how to bring AI to your data instead. #DigitalSovereignty #Cybersecurity #HCLDomino Trends
- October is peak season for sports events. And Visitool makes sure the chaos stays off the pitch. 👇 #Visitool #EventManagement #VisitorManagement #SportEvents
- If you organise sports events, you know October can get intense. Match after match, crowd after crowd, and every single time the same challenge: getting everyone inside quickly, safely, and without chaos at the gate. Because a great game doesn't start at kickoff. It starts at the entrance. And long queues or messy check-ins are the fastest way to ruin a fan's first impression. With Visitool, you handle registration and access in advance. Visitors, staff, and contractors are all cleared before they arrive, so you avoid long
