- Two weekends ago, HARGILE built itself a brain. We call it Le Veaucer. What lives in it: - Client and prospect files. - Every email we send and receive. - The decisions we work by. - The research we rely on. - Meeting transcripts. - Our CRM data. Our LLMs know everything about HARGILE. Nobody pings a colleague anymore to ask what we promised a client or which version of an offer went out. Every change and every decision is logged, with who made it and when. Answers come back in seconds. The time we save goes to our clients. We help
- October was a lot. In a good way. We ran a hackathon to optimise HARGILE's brain, signed 5 new clients, got accepted into the Claude Startup Program and sent our applications to incubators in San Francisco. In parallel, we restructured the whole company to be ready to scale. We put our processes in place, including an onboarding that can take on 1,000 clients as easily as one. The mission stays the same: we help companies get ready for the internet of tomorrow. Today, that means being visible when people ask AI for answers.

Odd, since I’ve never been a social media person. But the team is great, so the ideas follow. Eight weeks in: over 28,000 views across LinkedIn and Instagram. Our LinkedIn impressions are up 17x. - Four co-founders, a whiteboard and one goal: connect our company brain over MCP. Until Friday, our brain was a folder: hundreds of files, subfolders and rules, and more than 500 decisions since August. We spent the whole weekend at the office moving it into an optimised database, on our own servers. Every tool we use now plugs into it over MCP.
