icapps is a digital product agency based in Antwerp, founded in 2009 by Niels Leunen and Olivier Dupont. The company started out in mobile development and added web development, backend development, strategy and digital marketing. It joined De Cronos Groep in 2017. In June 2022 Olivier Dupont handed the CEO role to chief operations officer Kristof Van Gemert, and chief commercial officer Kris Kemland became managing partner. Dupont and Leunen remained shareholders, and Dupont set up an advisory board. At that point the company had 125 employees and 12 million EUR in annual revenue. Jeroen Trappers became chief technology officer in February 2021, succeeding Wouter Martens, who moved on to the icapps spin-off Mr. Watts. The service lines are strategy and architecture, digital products, platforms and integration, and consultancy. Named clients include NMBS, Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Stad Antwerpen, Digitaal Vlaanderen, Immoscoop, Dockx Rental, Blue-bike, Sibelga, amfori and ACEG. icapps built the Mijn Antwerpen city app for the City of Antwerp together with the city IT partner Digipolis. In June 2026 the company announced ISO 27001 certification covering HR, finance, design, engineering and project delivery. The office is at Rijnkaai 100 in Antwerp.
