- Companies want perfect junior developers but refuse to properly evaluate them. They post a job, receive 100 CVs, assess as best they can, and hope for the best. It doesn't work. So they say juniors are bad. Too risky. They don't want to hire them anymore. But a junior who isn't quite ready yet is normal. They don't always realise it themselves, they are juniors. The real problem is hiring them without taking the time to understand where they actually stand.
