- 30 September 2026 marked an important deadline for companies placing chemical substances on the Turkish market under KKDIK. As part of the revised registration process, companies can complete individual provisional registrations through Türkiye’s Chemicals Registration System (KKS). Further registration deadlines will then apply depending on tonnage and hazard classification, with final registration deadlines set for 31 December 2026, 2028 and 2030.
