Originally from Taiwan, Teresa is in the second year of her Master of Statistics and Data Science at KU Leuven. Teresa brings a statistical mindset to the team: she thinks carefully about measurement, evaluation and what the data is actually telling you. - We test AI agents on whether they make the right decision. Almost never on what happens when the server restarts halfway through. Picture an agent handling supplier invoices. It checks the purchase order, requests approval and waits, and the server updates at that exact moment. A fragile agent has no idea whether the request was sent and, worst case, books the invoice without approval. A durable agent knows the request is already out and keeps waiting. The more responsibility an agent gets, the less you can afford the first kind.

- Last week the whole MbarQ team packed up and drove to Herentals for an offsite. Every so often it's good to step out of the day-to-day and spend time together as one team, away from our desks. We had pizza with the full team, and afterwards we went to Battlekart. Friendly rivalry on the track, a lot of laughing in the pits, and a few drivers who took it a lot more seriously than others. 🍕🏎️
