- We did not plan a summer campaign. Our colleagues ran one anyway. There is something satisfying about a Belgian agency's logo showing up all over the world, and not one euro of it was media spend. There is no clean way to measure whether people are proud of where they work. But you can notice what they choose to pack. We are a team of 24 in Aalst. Not the biggest name out there, but the people who work here were happy to carry it abroad without being asked, and that says more about this place than a careers page ever could. Thanks
- Last week's IAB-Belgium Summer Rooftop at Havas Belgium came with an announcement we're genuinely glad to be part of: a new Mentoring Program connecting industry professionals with young digital talent. We are one of the founding partners of IAB-Belgium, under the lead of Alain Heureux, Frédéric Martins, Nele Vanhecke, Roel Van Aelst, and Fleur Parnet. Here's why it matters to us specifically. We spend a lot of time in rooms discussing data governance, digital sovereignty, and standards for the next decade of the digital
- Our summer is almost wrapped up, and with it, the internships of three people who made a real impact: Jakob Mannaert, Cecile Ladjo, and Louis Saunier - Jacob built something we'll use every day: a live screen for the office kitchen that pulls in meetings, events, and other office data in real time. No more "wait, is that room free?" - Cecile kept HR and office support running smoothly all summer, the kind of work that keeps the rest of us focused on ours. - Louis dug into our SEO and GEO strategy and got hands-on with the
- You might have seen it pop up already, but we couldn't be prouder to announce this! In May we signed with Whirlpool Corporation. We're migrating more than 30 of their US and Canadian websites to a new digital analytics stack, designing the data architecture underneath it, and supporting the teams who'll run it. A Fortune 500 brand trusting us to rebuild the analytics foundation for its entire North American web presence. That means a lot to us, and shows we're focusing on the right things. - Every marketing platform now offers to answer your questions in plain language. GA4, Looker, Power BI, your CDP. Ask, and receive. MIT put that promise on a scale, and the result deserves more attention than it's getting. BEAVER is a benchmark built from three real private enterprise data warehouses. Not a demo schema: 9,128 questions taken from actual query logs, across databases averaging 101 tables and 869 columns. The agentic framework running GPT-5.2 answers 10.8% of them correctly. Then the researchers handed that same system
- Most of the CDP conversation right now is about architecture. Composable or packaged. Agentic or not. Lakehouse-native or standalone. Those are real questions. But they sit one floor above where most organisations actually are. What gets sold as a CDP problem is almost always a data architecture problem underneath. Fragmented ingestion. No clear owner for identity logic. Governance added later, if at all. Three different definitions of "customer" living in the CRM, the web analytics, and the loyalty program. No CDP fixes that on its
- Last Friday the whole MultiMinds team sat down together for a strategic session. We looked at where we think the market is heading, how we want to anticipate it, and what that means for the next 12 months and the next 3 years. A company's direction only means something if the people building it every day understand it, believe in it, and helped define it. That's why every person in the room has a say in shaping the goals. The session also marked the close of our fiscal year, and we closed it well. All 12 commitments we set for
