Promyc is an industrial partner that creates 100% natural fermented mycoproteins from mushroom mycelium for use in food products. The company grows mycelium using locally sourced sugar and nutrients through fermentation in a state-of-the-art factory, then harvests the high-protein structure to supply as semi-finished products to B2B customers.
