Overview
Netaxis Solutions builds software and services for the telecommunications industry that automate end-to-end customer processes and transform service provider networks. The company was founded in Belgium in 2010 by a team of VoIP telecoms engineers; the legal entity, an NV, was registered on 27 August 2010 and is headquartered at Rue du Trône 60 in Brussels. Products include Nemo (voice network monitoring), Sigma (voice call simulator), NPACT (number portability) and NIMS (number inventory management). Solutions include Netaxis Fusion for UCaaS voice automation and SBCaaS, a managed session border controller service. Proximus selected SRE as the routing core of its voice interconnect infrastructure, in a project with Oracle to modernise the national interconnection platform; the deployment handles up to 1,500 SIP calls per second against a 17 million entry ENUM database. Gaetan Brichet is CEO and previously held a senior role at Voxbone. The company has 11-50 employees, with offices in Marche-en-Famenne, Nieuwegein, Lincoln, Paris, Milan and Miami. It won Best VoIP Innovation at the Comms Council UK Awards 2021 and obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification in 2024.

In the news
- There's an item sitting in your network that your customers might be currently buying from somebody else. The SBC market is heading from $790M to $1.67B over the next decade. Most of that growth goes to whoever turns the session border controller from infrastructure into a sellable, managed service. For the enterprise, it's the end of hardware refresh cycles. For the operator, it's recurring revenue on something already deployed, plus capacity that scales with demand rather than sitting idle. Netaxis is trusted by leading
- Every Teams deployment your customers roll out is a decision about whose network carries the voice traffic. Too often, the answer is not yours. Teams is going into enterprises regardless. The question for a service provider is whether that becomes lost revenue or an addressable product. With Netaxis APIO + SRE, operators keep call traffic on-net, apply call admission controls across a multi-tenant estate, and sell Teams voice as part of their own portfolio rather than watching it leave. One of our customers put it well: if an
- Migrating 40,000 mobile customers away from a competitor is not a one-month job. MTN South Africa did it in one, by automating the workflows instead of resourcing them. That's the part of network transformation that rarely makes the slide deck. The technology decision is usually straightforward. What determines whether the deadline holds is how much of the process still depends on people manually stitching systems together. At Netaxis, this is the work: APIO orchestrates the workflow across your OSS, BSS and network elements
- In 2022, we stood on stage at Netaxis Inspiration Day talking about the ambitions for 5G. Four years later, how far has Europe come? On the surface, the progress is significant. By the end of 2024, 5G coverage had reached 94.3% of EU households, putting Europe close to the leading markets globally. But coverage was only part of the ambition. The bigger promise of 5G was a programmable network capable of supporting new enterprise services, network slicing, automation and entirely new business models. And that depends heavily on 5G
- Digital sovereignty has become one of Europe’s biggest technology conversations. Europe remains heavily dependent on non-European providers across cloud, AI and other layers of its digital infrastructure. At the same time, replacing every dependency with a European equivalent is neither realistic nor necessarily the goal. As soveregnity still dominates conversations across the industry, we revisit the issues surrounding digital sovereignty in 2026. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/esmbjFgk #DigitalSovereignty #EuropeanTech #Telecoms
- Sometimes the most valuable thing about legacy infrastructure is what happens when you retire it... BT could reportedly generate more than £2bn from copper recovered as it replaces its old network with full fibre. Thousands of tonnes have already been removed, turning infrastructure that once carried the network into an asset helping fund what comes next. It’s a very physical example of a much broader challenge across telecoms. Operators are modernising their networks, but legacy technology exists far beyond the copper in the
- Want to rethink how you route voice and IoT services? Netaxis Session Routing Engine (SRE) gives service providers greater flexibility and control over session routing across voice, IoT, VAS voice and non-voice services. Built for different network strategies, SRE can be deployed as a cloud-native service, in the data centre or in a hybrid environment, with Netaxis experts available to support or fully manage the deployment. Want to take a closer look at what SRE could bring to your network? 📘 Download the SRE white paper for a
- Voice migrations ≠ months of manual work... Moving thousands of customers between voice platforms brings a long list of operational challenges: coordinating systems, managing complex processes, reducing disruption and completing the migration within tight deadlines. This is where automation and orchestration can make a significant difference. Netaxis APIO provides a flexible workflow engine that can automate the processes involved in large-scale voice migrations, while integrating internal and external platforms behind a
