It's for us a natural move to team up with the #1 AI, next to the #1 CRM, to deliver outstanding customer experiences. For our clients, this means a team that combines deep Salesforce expertise with hands-on experience deploying Claude in real business processes. If you are exploring where CRM + Data
- 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 9 ! 🎂 We celebrated it the way we like to work: together, with a bit of seriousness and a lot of fun in the beautiful Phantasialand. With a great agenda including workshops, brainstorms, hard work, rollercoasters and too many churros. More than ever, we're there to make CRM, data and AI deliver real value for our clients, with our minds full of ideas. On our way the 10th anniversary !
- How many people in your company could build their own AI assistant today? At Novera, everyone can. Ask anyone in this picture. They were all at our second AI hackathon last week.
- We asked Belgian Salesforce users what they would change about their Salesforce journey. "Challenge us more to stay closer to standard Salesforce, they overcustomized a lot." "Our processes are rather complex; it doesn't help if you have to start over every time with a new consultant." "We had a lot of issues with the exchange of data between Salesforce and our ERP. For Novera this sets the agenda: adoption
- Three sentences from eighteen pages. Belgium uses Salesforce actively. 69% actively use at least three quarters of the licences they pay for. But they cannot show what it returns. 65% never set an expected return. 15% say management runs on Salesforce. This is a value-proof problem, and it surfaces at renewal, when nobody can produce a number and the price discussion start. We are offering 45 minutes to any Belgian organization that wants its own position. If your foundation is fine, we will say so, but we'll be transparent as
- 27% stayed within budget The rest of the Belgian Salesforce implementations in our benchmark went over. 35% by up to 20%. 15% by 20 to 50%. 8% by more than half. The part worth remembering: scope mostly held. Budgets did not. When you deliver what was agreed and still overspend, the estimate was wrong, not the customer. The items that were missing from the original number, over and over in the survey: ERP and integration work, data migration clean-up, integration testing, and the internal time nobody budgets for.
