- Meet the newest Noxian. 👽 We're thrilled to welcome Stefaan Segers to NOX as our new Head of Partnerships! Here's his mission in one line: if you build hardware and you want it to run more efficiently and unlock flexibility, Stefaan is who you talk to. He'll lead NOX's OEM partnerships, plugging manufacturers into our platform so their devices don't just work, they work smart. And he's earned the seat: 21 years at Daikin Europe building real partnerships across the heat pump and HVAC world, most recently leading residential growth
- A world champion joins the Noxians. 👽 Big welcome to Vincent Mertens, our new Thermodynamics Engineer, and our second hire from the Innoptus Solar Team (hi Julie 👋 ). Vincent built the aerodynamics of a world-champion solar car, then refined fluid and thermal systems at Atlas Copco. Now he's aiming all of it at getting more out of every watt in the home. - Heat pumps are joining the orchestra! 🎶 We’re proud to announce the launch of smart steering with NextEnergy. Integrated directly into the NextEnergy app, the feature will be available to all NextEnergy customers, allowing them to intelligently steer their heat pump alongside batteries and EVs. Tom brings over a decade of product experience, from building digital products at In The Pocket to leading product at Delta by eToro. At NOX, he’ll help us apply Gall’s Law to residential energy: start with simple things that work, then build them into a complex system that can scale. And when he’s not building products, he’s busy keeping Taylor Swift, Pommelien Thijs, Gracie Abrams and Phoebe Bridgers at the top of his Spotify
