Overview

NRB is a Belgian IT services group that has traded under the name KEYES since 24 April 2026, when NRB, Trasys, Trigone, Win and Computerland were brought together under a single brand. Ethias is the majority shareholder. The group employs close to 3,700 people, runs three sovereign data centre campuses and reported revenue of 645 million euros for 2025, with a target of 40 percent growth and more than 900 million euros of revenue by 2029 under a plan called Horizon 2029. Work is organised into infrastructure and cloud, cybersecurity, mainframe, business software, data and AI, advisory and staffing, serving large organisations, healthcare organisations, the public sector and SMEs. Laurence Mathieu is chief executive officer, and Philippe Lallemand, chief executive of Ethias, chairs the board. Clarisse Ramakers, previously managing director of Agoria Wallonie, joins the executive committee as chief innovation and technology officer in September 2026. The headquarters sits in the Hauts Sarts industrial park in Herstal, with further Belgian offices in Brussels, Heverlee, Wierde and Alleur and sites in Luxembourg, France and Greece. In May 2026 the group chose the Rives Ardentes district in Liege for a new building. Recent work includes the Belgian Critical Cloud partnership with Cegeka Group and a place in the consortium designing the SCOPE prototype data centre for the Einstein Telescope.
