Overview

NTX is an IT services company headquartered in Geel, with offices in Wuustwezel, Kruibeke and Kontich. It serves Flemish SMEs with modern workplace, cybersecurity, data management, managed services, custom applications and integrations, infrastructure and cloud projects, hardware, digitalisation strategy and AI implementation, including an AI Smart Start programme. Published customer cases include Tomorrowland, Leo Stevens, Dicar, Meroso Foods, Fresh & Saucy Foods, Cibor, Salar and Verelst. Netflow, focused on networks and infrastructure, followed in 2006. Zeb Computers was acquired in 2011, Netropolix merged with COVR in 2018, and Netflow acquired Accel in 2020 and Cavere in 2022. In 2024 the group launched NTX as its single brand, with 175 experts, and added ECX in August of that year. Datacore and Integri were acquired in 2025. In total, 11 companies were brought together into one organisation. Investor Dovesco holds the financial majority; its collaboration with Vanlommel started at the beginning of 2023, after which the company completed three acquisitions and more than doubled in size in two years. The legal entity Ntx BV reported revenue of EUR 32.8 million and 112.9 FTE for fiscal year 2025.
