- Aquarama, you did it again 💙 A busy stand, so many familiar faces and plenty of good conversations. THANK YOU to all the suppliers, colleagues, former colleagues and friends who came by, and to watercircle.be for the interesting keynotes! We kept the conversations going over dinner with the whole Nuoro team: the perfect way to end a day we look forward to every year. 🥂 See you next year! 👋
- Next week, you’ll find us at Aquarama, stand 99! 💧 For us, it’s the water event of the year. A chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people and talk about the water challenges and projects keeping everyone busy. As always, our team will be ready to answer your questions. - We’ve welcomed four new additions to the Nuoro family. They each measure 20 feet and are currently taking up quite a bit of room in our workshop. 😉 These four containers house a water treatment pilot combining: 💧 multimedia filtration 💧 activated carbon filtration 💧 ultrafiltration 💧 reverse osmosis 💧 UV treatment Our team is focusing on testing the installation in the workshop before it leaves for site. The Factory Acceptance Test with the client went very well, marking an important step in preparing the pilot for
- Your next job could look like this. 👇 ☑️ Turn P&IDs into well-thought-out 3D designs ☑️ Work on water and energy installations ☑️ Make design decisions together with the project team ☑️ Keep learning and share what you know We’re looking for a Lead Design Engineer who enjoys the hands-on design work and brings the technical knowledge to make an installation fit together. - A new containerised water treatment project is taking shape 💪 CITRIBEL produces citric acid and citrates for industries including food and pharmaceuticals. Its production processes require a continuous supply of high-quality demineralised water. To replace an ageing treatment line, Nuoro will engineer and build a fully pre-assembled second-pass reverse osmosis installation in a 20-foot container. The system will: ✅ produce up to 19 m³ of demineralised water per hour ✅ further treat permeate from Citribel’s existing RO installation ✅
- A long week at CleanTech Xpo? It may look like Arne and Jan Bos needed a nap on the exhibition floor... 😴 They were actually taking our new stand apart after the event. But it was a busy week, with plenty of good conversations about water reuse and a keynote from Jan Bos Van Hemelrijck. The main point of the keynote: no two water streams are the same. The water quality, the contaminants present and the quality you need at the end all determine which treatment steps make sense. That’s why we test with the actual water before
- We know a lot about water treatment, but there is still so much to learn 🤓 What do we do with RO concentrate? How do micropollutants behave throughout a treatment process? What happens when treated water is stored underground through ASR? And how do we know which combination of technologies will deliver the right result? ➡️ These questions require research, testing and real-world data. Next week at CleanTech Xpo, Jan Bos Van Hemelrijck will share what we have learned from technologies already tested at Nuoro, the questions
