- New '26 Flax Fiber Crop Update: The 2026 flax season is well underway, and the first results are looking encouraging. This year, nearly 230,000 hectares of fiber flax have been sown across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands,15% more than last year and 25% more than in 2024.
