- Reshaping the Conversation on the Common Agricultural Policy A year ago, we set out an ambitious goal: to help a significant number of Europeans see the Common Agricultural Policy (#CAP) not as a complex and abstract #Brussels debate but as something that touches their plate, their farmers, their landscape, their life.
