Overview

Robaws builds cloud ERP software for construction and installation companies. The platform brings quotations, estimation, invoicing, project management, stock management, planning, digital work orders and automation into one system, and supports Peppol e-invoicing. It is sold to general contractors, installers, roofers, civil engineering firms and finishing and renovation businesses. The company was started by Michael Van Robaeys, who had worked as a developer of custom ERP systems for construction companies before building a standard product. More than 20,000 construction professionals now use the software, with users in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom and Austria, and as many customers outside Belgium as within it. By October 2025 it employed more than 50 people, was growing 50 percent a year and had taken no external investors. Growth runs through local partners and distributors, and the roadmap adds modules for larger construction groups operating across borders. Published customer stories include Pleq, Isosell, De Vroe Groep, VANELEK, TAC!, Welvaert TSD, Limec and AQ International.
