RoboJob builds robotic systems that load, unload and tend CNC machines. The company was founded in 2007 by Helmut De Roovere and Luc De Ceuster. Its product lines are Turn-Assist, Mill-Assist, Coby CNC, Pallet-Load, Tower and Wall, and they work with more than 100 CNC brands, including Mazak, Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, DMG Mori and DN Solutions. The headquarters of RoboJob NV is in Heist-op-den-Berg. RoboJob GmbH runs a technology centre in Lehrensteinsfeld, Germany, and RoboJob Inc. opened a technology centre in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2026. The company has installed more than 2,000 robots in more than 30 countries and has 51-200 employees. Industries served include aerospace, agriculture, defense, machine construction, subcontracting, pharmaceuticals and medical, plastic parts and tooling. Named customers include Heemskerk Fijnmechanica, Strautmann Hydraulik, Kammerer MedTec, Boers & Co, Meca Technic and FMO. Helmut De Roovere was CEO from the founding until 1 March 2026 and remains in an advisory role. His son Jelle De Roovere took over as CEO on that date, after roles as Area Sales Manager Benelux, founder and General Manager of RoboJob GmbH, founder of RoboJob Inc. and Head of Sales & Business Development. In 2026 the in-house developed E-Grip gripper was one of three finalists out of 27 entries for the TechniShow Innovation Award, the Pallet-Load Integrated, which pairs a standard 2D camera with self-developed AI software, was nominated for the Global Industry Award 2026 in Technological Transformation, and the company was nominated for the VLAIO Awards 2026 in the Economic Success category.

The Pallet-Load offers 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 that are difficult to stack and raw materials delivered directly onto pallets.
