Sagitta Biotech is developing an active virosome platform capable of delivering up to 17kb mRNA (6 genes) with both humoral and cellular immune response. The company is developing its own pipeline of multivalent vaccines and oncolytic viruses in preclinical phases, and is open to partnering and co-development. The platform offers non-replicating, low reactogenicity vectors produced on human cells with target manufacturing costs below $1/dose.
