- This week the whole Sentigrate team went to the Flanders Technology & Innovation Festival together. It’s not often we get everyone out of the office on the same day, so it was nice to walk the floor as a team and catch up with partners and familiar faces. - Wearables are moving beyond step counts and sleep scores and into actual healthcare. Samsung acquired the digital care platform Xealth - A Samsung Company last year, which is used across a network of more than 500 US hospitals, to link home monitoring with decisions made by care providers. WHOOP spent months in discussion with the FDA over whether its blood pressure feature crossed the line into medical device territory, a case that only closed in June after the feature and its presentation were adjusted. 👇 The part that stuck
- Tomorrow some of us at Sentigrate are heading over to the Love Tomorrow Summit. - A few weeks ago, four students from UC Leuven-Limburg's Event and Project Management degree organized a full day of teambuilding for our team. 👏 They put together a Chinese-themed programme from start to finish. We kicked things off with Chinese calligraphy, where it quickly became clear that some of us have more patience for elegant brush strokes than others. Then came dim sum making, which was equal parts hands-on and tasty. And to close it out, we took to the water for a dragon boat session that had the whole team rowing in
