- Tomorrow, we will be introducing Nohm, our platform for exploring, modelling and planning energy systems, alongside Terajoule’s consulting support to help organisations develop their AI capability. The first webinar in our series, AI Optimisation Networks for Energy, will include a live energy model demonstration and time for questions and discussion. Here’s what we’ll cover: - Introducing Nohm: who it is for, the problems we are addressing, and the platform and consulting offering. - Live energy model demonstration: exploring a
- The shape-shifting model in this video represents an idea we’re exploring with Nohm ONE: an energy model should be able to change to fit the question being asked. That might mean bringing electricity and hydrogen into the same view. For another question, it might mean looking more closely at demand, changing how regions are grouped, or testing a different time horizon or climate condition. The model changes shape, but the data and assumptions need to stay connected so the comparison still makes sense. The animation is a way of
- Can an energy model become a workspace you can talk to? In this short Atlas preview, Dante puts the map through a voice-led sequence: load France, increase the detail, add Spain, bring in Portugal at NUTS 2 level, overlay supply, and add Belgium at a different network resolution. He finishes by asking for a model run within 200 km of Madrid. This is the direction we’re developing with Nohm ONE: bringing the map, data and modelling into one place, so a question can lead directly to a change you can see. The platform is still
- Looking forward to kicking off our upcoming webinar series at Terajoule, where we’ll be introducing Nohm ONE and exploring what AI-native energy system planning can look like in practice. Our first session, AI Optimisation Networks for Energy, takes place on 6 October and will look at how Nohm ONE can support the exploration, modelling and planning of increasingly complex energy systems. If you work in energy systems, modelling or planning, we’d be delighted to have you join us. 📅 6 October 2026 🕒 15:00–17:00 CEST 💻 Online via
- What does AI-native energy system planning look like? Energy systems are becoming more complex, but the tools used to explore and plan them have not always kept pace. On 6 October, Terajoule is hosting AI Optimisation Networks for Energy, the first webinar in a series introducing Nohm ONE. We’ll look at how the platform supports the exploration, modelling and planning of energy systems. - WEBINAR: AI Optimisation Networks for Energy Planning Registration is now open for the first webinar in the Nohm ONE series. Nohm ONE is an AI-native platform for exploring, modelling and planning energy systems. This opening session will introduce the platform and examine how AI can support the practical work around complex energy models, from exploring system behaviour and understanding model output to improving optimisation and planning workflows. Date: 06 October 2026 Time: 15:00 – 17:00 Platform: Microsoft Teams Host: Dante
- Great to see our Managing Director, Dante Powell, contributing to this important discussion on renewable gases and Europe’s energy transition. A valuable conversation on the role of robust modelling and planning in supporting decarbonisation. #Terajoule
