Overview

V-Care is an IT services company founded in 2021 and based at Oostmalsesteenweg 14 in Emblem, a part of Ranst in the province of Antwerp. It sells an all-in ICT package to self-employed people, sole traders and SMEs for a fixed amount per employee per month, covering hardware, software, connectivity, security and support. The company runs a platform built on Microsoft technologies on which more than 15,000 users work daily. A separate product, Managed Backup (MBAAS), backs up Microsoft 365 data including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams and Planner up to four times a day, stores it in a Microsoft Azure datacenter with unlimited retention, and is priced from €4 per user per month. V-Care works with Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Ubiquiti, Proxsys and OB-V-US, a company founded in 2015 that supplies enterprise workplace, cloud management and security expertise behind the V-Care platform. V-Care has 11-50 employees, with 26 listed, and recruits support and cloud engineers for its office in Ranst. It states the ambition to become the largest provider in Belgium of enterprise technology for SMEs.
