- 4Sir2: A year of research and joint efforts to promote healthy eating habits 🍇 How can grape processing by-products be used to develop a health-promoting beverage while helping to prevent obesity among children and young adults? This is one of the challenges addressed by the international project 4Sir2, “Smoothie: Building a Healthy Drink Ecosystem to Prevent Childhood Obesity.” 📍 On 23–24 September 2026, representatives of Łukasiewicz – New Chemical Syntheses Institute participated in the project’s General Assembly in Riga.

- Today, Tuesday, 29 September 2026, Lipari hosted a meeting with local stakeholders to explore how the EU-funded ReBoat Project could help the Aeolian Islands move towards a more circular model of tourism. 🏝️ #ReBoat is developing a mobile, modular recycling system designed to respond to the seasonal rise in waste on islands.
