- I never planned to build a CDMO. I studied in Belgium, France, and Russia, and trained as an engineer in applied mathematics with a minor in entrepreneurship (thanks to the great work of Ineo UCLouvain). I ended up in the pharmaceutical industry almost by chance. I stayed because it brought together the things I enjoy most: complex problems, technology, and people pulling in the same direction. I spent years working on sterile manufacturing projects, facility construction, new product development, and technology transfers. Over
