Whitesky Cloud delivers a private managed cloud platform built on Linux and KVM, deployed on the customer's own hardware in the datacenter of their choice. The model targets MSPs, SaaS providers, and enterprises that want cloud-style operations while keeping infrastructure ownership and data residency under their direct control.
The company is part of the European sovereign-cloud movement, offering an architecture where the orchestration layer is managed but the underlying hardware and location stay with the customer. This sits in contrast to hyperscaler models where compute, storage, and networking are entirely operated from vendor-owned facilities.

- Declared sovereignty" versus "verifiable sovereignty" is exactly the right framing, and it's the question every procurement team should be asking but usually isn't. Data residing in an EU region means very little if the hardware underneath is still owned by a foreign entity subject to something like the CLOUD Act. Ownership of the equipment is the only answer that survives an actual audit.
