- Why did APML Estate choose Zero Friction? Before switching, billing at APML Estate was based on estimates: usage and the square footage of each space. That wasn't accurate or compliant enough, and it meant a lot of back and forth with residents and tenants. For Dino Marcolongo, Building Manager at Knightsbridge Gate (APML Estate), the choice was easy: "We chose Zero Friction because it was very easy to get going, and easier to set up and adapt to the new Ofgem and HNTAS regulation in the UK." 🎥 Watch part 1 of our conversation with

Olivia Bichara, our Customer Success Manager, looks back on the past few months: "I'm happy to share that Semhach is live, following

Our takeaway: 🔹 Peter Horne (FairHeat) walked us through what heat network operators need to do to prepare for HNTAS (the Heat Network Technical Assurance Scheme), and where the funding opportunities sit. 🔹 Soulla Paphitis (Guru Systems Ltd.) made the case for data-led asset management: the shift from asking "how fast did we respond?"
- Haven't had the time to read the Housing Ombudsman's new report on heating, hot water and energy complaints in social housing? Don't worry, we've got you covered. The report flags ⛳️ recurring issues around heat network billing, communication and complaint handling, with maladministration rates in this space consistently higher than for general repairs complaints. Next week at our UK Round Table, Ryan Norris will unpack what this means in practice, sharing key takeaways from the report in his session on fair and transparent
