ZORGI

Overview

ZORGI builds and supports software for Belgian hospitals, covering patient admission, tariffing and billing, the electronic patient record, hospital pharmacy, logistics, financial management and business intelligence. The company is present in more than nine out of ten Belgian hospitals and counts a portfolio of over 100 hospitals and care facilities in Belgium and the Netherlands. It reported revenue of 67 million EUR for 2025 and employs more than 350 people across six Belgian sites: Nivelles, Herstal, Oostkamp, Mechelen, Leuven and Brussels. The ZORGI name comes from the integration of Xperthis and Infohos Solutions and became the operating name in January 2021. The underlying legal entity was registered in November 1979 and has its seat on Boulevard Bischoffsheim in Brussels. It absorbed Partezis and Polymedis in 2013, M.I.M.S. and CIGES in 2016, Infohos Solutions in July 2022 and Xperthis Group in July 2023. In October 2021 the company acquired Mobitrace, whose NurseFlow module captures patient data at the bedside. The product range includes an electronic patient record, the OAZIS administrative patient management system, the modular hospital ERP ERP4HC and ZORGI PHARMA. ERP4HC 2.0 was in use at 49 hospitals in Belgium and the Netherlands when GasthuisZusters Antwerpen selected it. In February 2026 ZORGI became an InterSystems implementation partner in Belgium for HealthShare. KEYES, the group formerly named NRB and part of Ethias, is the main shareholder.
