Overview
Andrey Khmelevskiy is the CEO and a co-founder of asylia-diagnostics, and is based in Ukraine. Since May 2016 he has also been manager of special projects at PROSAT.
Before that he spent several years at MTS Ukraine, joining in December 2012 as an IT system architect and leading the integration group solutions team from August 2014 until May 2016. He headed the transport network department at Farlep-Invest (Vega Telecommunications Group) from August 2011 to November 2012, following a period as system integration manager at AIR ltd. At Kyivstar GSM he was IP network planning manager from March 2010 and then IPTV project manager until May 2011. Earlier he headed VAS development at Ukrainian Multiservice Network from March 2008 to April 2009, and worked at Golden Telecom from September 2003, first as head of technical support and from September 2006 as head of service platform development.
He studied telecommunications at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2000.
