Overview
Anthony Ferrando is the founder and chief executive of cellavie, which he started in May 2022. He is based in Damme.
Before founding cellavie, he spent eight years at Garden Machinery, joining as operations manager in April 2014 and serving as general manager of Garden Machinery NV from January 2015 until April 2022. Earlier he worked as a materials engineer at Varioptic between September 2007 and September 2008, and at Snecma during the first half of 2007. From September 2006 to April 2014 he was a co-founder of Les Petits Pilous, working as producer, sound engineer and DJ. His earlier positions included a period as a technical controller at APAVE in 2005 and a spell as a mechanical design engineer at Sophia Mecassistance in late 2004.
Ferrando studied at Arts et Métiers, École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, from 2004 to 2007, qualifying as an Ingénieur ENSAM in reliability of structures and industrial performance, and then completed an advanced master's in materials at Mines Paris, PSL, from 2007 to 2008.
