Overview
Damien Ernst is a co-founder of blacklight-analytics and is based in Strasbourg. Since November 2023 he has been deputy director general of Euro-Information, where he has also served since 2015 as director of activity and CTO in charge of systems and networks. He qualified as an engineer at ICPI, which was rebranded CPE in 1993, graduating in 1991.
