I’m a passionate Oracle technologist and long-time leader in the Oracle APEX ecosystem.
As an Oracle Ace Director and early APEX pioneer, I’ve spent my career helping organizations and developers build better applications; faster, smarter, and with long-term impact.
I’m the Founder & Co-CEO of United Codes, now proudly part of Anchr, the Belgian house of software companies. Together, we focus on building sustainable technology companies where people, craftsmanship, and long-term vision come first.

I strongly believe that AI will fundamentally change how we build applications.
From AI-assisted development and automated testing to natural-language interfaces and smarter data insights, the way developers interact with low-code platforms is evolving rapidly.
My focus is on ensuring that Oracle APEX developers don’t just adapt, but lead this transformation.
Together with the United Codes team, I’m actively exploring how AI can meaningfully enhance developer productivity while staying true to what matters most: reliability, performance, and real-world usability.
