Fryderyk Sevens

Overview

Fryderyk Sevens is a co-owner and founder of Infius, which he started in August 2025, and is based in Overpelt. Since February 2026 he has also been Chief Matchmaking Officer at Arbeo.

Between January 2024 and September 2025 he was operations manager at Career Squad and a member of the management team at Humanisto. He was interim business manager at expertum Belgium at the end of 2023, and from August 2022 to December 2023 business unit manager international at Asap HR Group. He spent three years at ITZU, where from September 2019 he was business unit manager for ITZU Polska and held district manager roles for Construct in Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, the Kempen and Vlaanderen, alongside a period as business unit manager at Itzu Foreign and as managing partner and chairman of the board of Itzu Polska. He joined AllPhi in February 2018 as a business developer, later working as sales coordinator and regional unit manager.

Sevens holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in applied economics from Hasselt University. He is general manager of symphoniaASSAI, chairman of the board of Kunstacademie Noord-Limburg and of Kinder- en Jeugdkoor De Piccolo's, and sits on the boards of Limburgs Orkest Jeugd & Muziek, De 4 Jaargetijden and the UHasselt alumni association Continéo.
